How long will my order take?

We aim to get orders out by the next business day.  NZ orders will take between 2-3 days depending on the order size and your location. Overseas orders may take between 7-15 days depending on your location.

Are Imperfections/minor defects normal?

We work really hard to review and maintain the quality of our products.  Most of our products are handmade and crafted using natural fibres and materials.  Unfortunately, this may result in some minor imperfections or inconsistent tones and textures.  Please contact us if you have any queries with purchased products.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

At the moment we don't have our own store, HOWEVER we do markets most weekends during the months of October - April, so keep an eye on our Social handles for all the details.  Our range is also available on our website. 

We're based in Auckland and will host some pop up shops.  Make sure you follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates and upcoming events!
